Minimums depend on the reference. Metallic and added-yarn: 800 m/colour; mesh-backed: 1,200 m/colour.
Explore plush cut pile, textured loops and light-catching metallic effects. We help you match the pattern, hand and backing to your sofa, cushion or upholstered interior.

Share your colour targets. We will confirm the development options for your chosen construction.
Up to 5 colours for cut pile; up to 3 colours for uncut loops.
Compare the actual surface before choosing a colour palette. Uncut loop pile has a lower colour limit.
The default finish. Pile loops are cut to reveal a plush surface and clearly defined motifs.

Loops remain intact, creating a distinct, textured surface. Shown here in the mottled reference.

Simplified construction diagrams, not to scale. These are jacquard pile fabrics: the pattern is formed in the yarn structure, not printed onto the surface.
The reverse is laminated with mesh. Review the finished sample to confirm the backing, handle and thickness for your project.
The layers are the pile surface, fabric base and composite mesh backing. Choose the surface finish, yarn weight and backing together.
Mesh-backed reference: CK400-145-100P-MESH · 145 cm wide. Confirm the final weight and construction for your selection.
The added-yarn option gives the fabric a more substantial feel. The 273-6 raised wave is a current reference for this version.
Build the body you want.
Add 30 grams of yarn per square metre for a thicker, fuller fabric. Final weight depends on the selected base and finish.
273-6 · Raised-yarn wave · 400–450 GSM · 148 cm. The listed weight describes this reference; it is not a universal base weight.
We confirm whether your requested finish, yarn weight and backing suit the chosen pattern before sampling.
Metallic yarn adds light-catching detail to geometric, ornamental and textured designs. Inspect the sheen under the lighting planned for your room or finished piece.
Choose the reference and colour direction first. We confirm the final composition, weight and backing on the selected construction.
Tell us the end use before you choose a construction. The sample is where you check the pattern scale, pile direction and hand together.
Review the repeat across the seat and back, the pile direction and your backing requirements. Share any abrasion or fire-test requirements for the selected fabric.
Check how the motif sits on your panel size, how it looks at the seam and whether the colour coordinates with the rest of your collection.
Review the pattern at the full panel scale. Confirm the backing and inspect metallic sheen under the lighting planned for the room.
Choose a reference, agree the palette, then review a physical sample. The pile finish sets the colour capacity of the design.
Up to 5 colours per design.
Up to 3 colours per design.
Numbered circles show colour capacity, not available stock shades. Pattern and colour come from the yarn construction. Exact 1:1 colour reproduction is not always possible; confirm the final design against the physical sample.
A full dye batch.
Standard references start at 600 m. The production minimum follows the full dye-batch requirement.
Some constructions require more: metallic and added-yarn references list 800 m per colour; the mesh-backed reference lists 1,200 m per colour. Confirm the selected reference.
Shade variation between dye lots.
Allow approximately 5% shade variation between dye lots. Review the approved sample and plan related pieces together.
Use the physical sample to approve the colour, rather than relying on a screen image.
Use the selected reference to plan the production quantity.
