What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Standard production lead time is 20-35 days after sample approval and deposit. Express options available for urgent orders.

Do you accept OEM/ODM custom orders?

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM service including custom patterns, color matching (Pantone), width adjustment, and private labeling. Custom MOQ may apply.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample swatches (A4 size) are available. Larger sample cuts and custom-developed samples are available upon request. Sample fee may be refundable on bulk orders.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C available for orders above USD 30,000. Western Union accepted for samples.

Where is the fabric manufactured?

All fabrics are manufactured in our facility in Zhejiang Province, China, the global hub of jacquard weaving. We export to 30+ countries including US, Germany, UK, France, Canada, and Australia.

A: There is no strict minimum — we accept any quantity. We recommend 10 meters or more for best value. Standard rolls are 100 meters. For custom orders requiring finishing beyond standard heat-setting, MOQ is 3,000 meters. Contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

Q2: What finishing and backing options are available?
A: Standard production uses heat-setting finishing only. Additional options (brushed backing, bonded lining, TPR backing, etc.) are available for custom orders with a 3,000-meter minimum. Please contact us before ordering to confirm requirements and lead time.

Q3: Is this suitable for curtains and decorative use?
A: Yes — curtains, decorative drapery, wall panels, cushion covers, and similar decorative textiles are our primary focus. Please note we specialize in decorative fabrics; heavy-duty seating upholstery is not our core application.
